The most common side effects associated with Generic Stendra are: headache, flushing, congestion and runny nose. A doctor should be contacted immediately if the following side effects occur: skin rashes, chest pains, abnormal and irregular heartbeats, facial swelling, swelling of the tongue or lips, vision changes or sudden loss of vision, tinnitus (ringing in one's ears), breathing troubles, lightheadedness, priapism (erections that remain for longer than four hours), and painful erections.
Consult a doctor if erection persists for longer than four hours. Further side may include: stuffiness in one's nose, back pains, diarrhea or upset stomach, warmth or flushing in one's chest or neck or face, headaches, or issues with memory. Consult a doctor if irregular behavior persists. In rare instances, patience report hearing or vision impairment. If you experience sudden changes in your vision or hearing, stop taking Generic Stendra and consult a doctor immediately.

Consult a doctor if you have a previous history of heart conditions, and/or high blood pressure. Those with a previous history of the following medical conditions are advised to consult a physician before taking Generic Stendra, as complications may arise: coronary artery disease, diseases of the liver or kidneys, blood cell disorder, heart disease, hypotension, hypertension, a stroke or a heart attack within the last six months, stomach ulcers, retinitis pigmentosa (RP), a warning against engaging in sexual intercourse due to the safety of one's health, or a deformity of the penis.
Excessive alcohol consumption while taking this medication may lead to headaches, dizziness, and lower blood pressure. Generic Stendra is not safe for women, and males under the age of 16.
Generic Stendra should not be combined with any nitrate based medication or antihypertensive. It is recommended that users consult a trusted physician before taking Generic Stendra or any other medication. Consult your doctor before taking Generic Stendra if you are taking any of the following medications: HIV protease inhibitors including: ritonavir (Norvir), atazanavir (Reyataz), indinavir (Crixivan), saquinavir (Fortovase or Invirase); certain anti-fungus medications including: ketoconazole (Nizoral), and itraconazole (Sporanox), or the following antibiotics: telithromycin (Ketek), clarithromycin (Biaxin), or erythromycin. Patients taking alpha-blocker therapy are advised to take no more than 50mg of Generic Stendra for their initial dosage.
It is not advised to combine Generic Stendra with any additional ED treatments. Do not combine Generic Stendra with any strong CYP3A4 inhibitors.
Generic Stendra is used only as needed, thus missed dosages are not relevant. However, one should not take more than a doctor's recommended dose, and never more than once in twenty-four hours.
The ideal temperature for storing Generic Stendra is between 59 and 86 degrees (or 15 and 30 degrees Celsius) away from heat, moisture, and sunlight. Keep this medication a safe distance away from children and pets.
